Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
